Waurn Ponds Upgrade — Djilang Alliance

The survey team delivered engineering surveying across critical phases of the Waurn Ponds Upgrade, including high-precision control and intensive support through a 78-day rail occupation. Survey coverage supported major structural installation works, including bridge components constructed offline and lifted into position.
